Please complete the following form between 21 and 14 days before you travel to guarantee your insurance will be in place for your adventure - if you have any questions or problems please contact us as early as possible. EACH driver must submit ID evidence in order to ensure insurance can be provided.

Proof of ID Required

In order to process the insurance for your adventure, we require certain documents and ID from you in advance, EACH named driver must provide 2 forms of ID from the list below and the address on the ID must match the address on their driving licence. Please see below for a list of acceptable documents:

• Photographed or scanned photocard Driving Licence for each driver (both sides)

One (or more) utility bills from this list (primary proof) for each driver

• Gas bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Electricity bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Water bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Landline phone/internet bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• TV Licence (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Bank/credit card statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Council Tax bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Credit card bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Mortgage statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Polling card (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• HMRC self-assessment/ tax credit documents (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

and at least one other bill/proof of address as below (secondary proof) for each driver

• Student loan (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Shotgun licence (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Payslip (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Mobile phone bill (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Pension letter (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Car finance statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Loan statement (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)
• Property deed (less than 90 days old and in the name of the named driver)

(please note we cannot accept any documents relating to insurance or ANY document which does not meet the criteria set out above)

DVLA Licence Check

We must also carry out a DVLA licence check for each driver, this must be done by the hire company, not the customer. In order to do this we need your postcode, driving licence number and National Insurance number, we can get the first two items from your general submission but please can you submit your NI number(s) below
